CUL-502YA- Popular Culture - post 3

Shocking news in the Toronto Sun about two dogs getting zapped and electrocuted to death on Queen and Parliament streets. Very shocking to the neighbors and population surrounding the area at the incident.
The big incident started at 3pm approximately.  The women was jogging with his two dogs south on Queen and Parliament corner. The dog fell down and started to scream, the women was terrified when she saw him screaming on the walkway.  Another man ran out of the store to help the lady take the pet to the nearest animal clinic.

When he came back to the store he was shocked to see another dog get zapped and shocked to death in the same spot on the walkway. The two dogs died later on. The veterinarian technician confirmed that the dogs could not be saved and they died of a crucial death.
The major was found out that the metal plate on the parkway was smoking and energized with electric shokes.
The street pole was electrical too and was energizing the plate panel on the sidewalk.
The major problem was that the pole was not installed correctly and maid short circuit that electrified the metal panel on ground. It was the Toronto Hydro's fault for the insecurity of the light pole.
